Burton US Open
From the competition venues to fan experience and all of the logistics and operations along the way, our team is the engine that makes the annual Burton U.S Open of Snowboarding go.

The Solution
Our seasoned team of project managers directs a crew of over 40 as well as dozens of vendors while working hand-in-hand with partners, stakeholders, authorities and everyone in between. We oversee and are responsible for all logistics and event operations for the halfpipe and slopestyle competitions as well as the sponsor village and nightly concerts. Whether it’s ensuring safe and functional venues for athletes, spectators and production crews alike or obsessing over every detail, our team takes on all planning, design and coordination with local authorities – allowing the event to go off without a hitch.

The Challenge
Building the world’s greatest snowboard event. The Burton U.S. Open Snowboarding Championships, is steeped in history and regarded as snowboarding’s most esteemed contest. With its roots in Stratton, VT, the Burton U.S. Open made the move to Vail, CO in 2013 and has since flourished into the most polished – yet still irreverent – display of snowboarding and lifestyle. Burton entrusts us to plan and execute operations, on and off-hill.
